We deliver on time - Most of the work we do is on a tight and unmovable deadline where any delay is unthinkable.

To assure on time delivery, we use proven project management techniques. We carefully plan the work and then we carefully work the plan. We diligently monitor the progress of each step. We anticipate problems - If something unforeseen happens, we fix it before it becomes a schedule issue.

We deliver on budget - Most of the work we do is driven by economics. Clients work with EIS because we deliver real, measurable dollar and cents benefits. To accurately calculate these benefits, the total cost of the project must be a known quantity - the project must be brought in on budget.

To guarantee on budget delivery, we complete most projects on a fixed cost basis. For the client, the project cost becomes a fixed number. The client's total financial commitment is set before the project is even started.

We deliver on target - We view each client project as an opportunity to build a solution - a solution that will meet the particular needs of that client and will deliver measurable results. We do not believe in "one size fits all" solutions.

Before we create an "on target" solution, we first work with the client to "draw the target." We identify the key benefits the client wants to obtain from the successful conclusion of the project. Then, we design a solution that incorporates the right technologies, design elements and business practices in ways that will deliver the "biggest bang for the buck".
